(Atmosphere/decor) the restaurant has been freshly painted, and the interior is beautiful, the chairs are amazing! The court yard has been cleared and new chairs and outside lounge have been replaced, making the whole entourage welcoming.

Day menu’s starting from E8,- during the day, other menu’s available form E25,- and E38,- 
We had a E25,- menu and boy was it worth it, the proportions are just right. No better compliment to the chef as there was nothing left on our plates. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters, and the desserts and presentation were exquisite.

All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. The restaurant also caters for all tastes by providing a large selection of the best wines of the region.‪#‎zecorreze‬

The service was fantastic, the staff checked regularly to see if we needed anything, what a change this makes!

(Recommendation)
We highly recommend going here to experience some serious ‘French Cuisine’ although all the menu’s are in French and for our non speaking guests coming it would be handy to have an English or Dutch menu handy, as it would save them time to explain and translate the menu in peak season.

From the outside this doesn’t look much, but don’t be fooled as the food is great, I personally love the food here, the service is great, friendly staff. You will receive a big bowl of soup as a starter, the menu is great and the price even better. The French eat here and that is usually a good sign. The prices are good, a great place for a Plat du Jour!

This restaurant gets very busy so you will need to book in advance! 

The farm’s specialties :  figs and ‘terrine of foie gras”, duck terrine, duck liver, dried ham, duck breast with “foie gras”.. Cassoulet. All homemade from the farm.

Prices :
3 different menus, 12 €, 22 € and 32 €, and a wide choice “à la carte”.

All products are homemade in the farm kitchen and they grow their own vegetables.

From 40 km of Brive-La-Gaillarde – GPS LAT : 45.413652, LONG : 1.500462999999968

Enter : From Brive take the exit No. 45, at Vigeois take the direction Lubersac, then  follow Ybard St., and Le Grand Brugeron.

From Limoges, take exit No. 44, take direction Lubersac, then at a place called La Rade,  follow Vigeois for about 5 km to Grand Brugeron.

From 15th June to 15th September : Open from tuesday to Monday evening

The other days of the year : 
Open from Friday evening to Sunday evening.

Annual closure : From half December to half January.

Not only is this a beautiful spot overlooking the lake, but the food is really fantastic.
It is not cheap, but the food is prepared with lots of attention. This restaurant has been listed in the MICHELIN Guide 2014.
